1. Do I need to do anything with my printed order when it arrives?
No you do not! All printed orders are washed, cleaned and cured before being posted. All you need to do is prime and paint in whatever awesome colour scheme you have decided on.
2. What glue do I need to use?
For both Resin printed and FDM printed orders only super glue will work. Your normal plastic glue that will work with other types of miniatures will not work.
3. What kind of quality can I expect the items to be?
We only send out the best of quality items that have been made. Our preparation process eliminates as many issues with your order as we can find. If there is anything in your order which has slipped through our processes or you're just not happy about, please contact us immediately and we will fix your issue as best as we can!
4. What tools can I use on my printed order?
Resin printed orders are typically more delicate than their plastic counter parts. You can still use your hobby knives/drills on them, but be much more aware of the item snapping. Take your time, be gentle and you should be able to minimise the chances of breakages.
